Drawing parallels with Jochebed and her son Moses, adopted by Pharaoh's daughter, Pam shares the moving tale of her daughter Chelsea's adoption and how it shattered her obstinate spirit, leading her to yield to God's plan. She discusses two forms of brokenness and imparts the spiritual insights she embraced during her own times of trial.

Pam's innate encouragement blossomed after she embraced faith at 18. As her belief deepened, she realized her talent for encouragement was a divine gift, meant to be used to support and inspire women.
